• Financial Records: Legal fees, client payments, expenses, and administrative invoices.

AlMohamy Pro offers an optional cloud backup feature using the user’s personal Google Drive account:

• Secure Google OAuth 2.0: Authentication uses the official, industry-standard Google OAuth 2.0 protocol directly with Google.
• Restricted AppData Scope: The application requests restricted access strictly to its own dedicated application data folder on your Google Drive (Drive AppData Folder).
• Zero Developer Access: The developers have zero access to your Google account or your stored backup files.

• No Data Collection or Selling: We do not collect, monetize, sell, or share personal, case, or client data under any circumstances.
• No Ads or Third-Party Trackers: The software contains no third-party advertisements, commercial marketing networks, or behavioral trackers.
• No Cookies or Telemetry SDKs: The desktop software operates without cookies, session profiling, or background tracking scripts.

The application declares and requests the standard runFullTrust capability for Microsoft Windows exclusively for the following technical tasks:

• Local File & Database I/O: Direct read and write access to the local SQLite database file and document archive storage on your hard drive.
• Document & Report Generation: Compiling and exporting official legal reports, summaries, and receipts in PDF and Microsoft Word (DOCX) formats.
• Offline Hearing Reminders: Scheduling local desktop background toast notifications for upcoming court sessions and power-of-attorney expiration dates without requiring internet connectivity.

The user retains complete, exclusive, and uncompromised ownership of all data entered into the application. You have the right at all times to:

• Edit and Delete: Modify, remove, or permanently erase any case records, client files, or documents directly within the software.
• Data Export: Export your full database, reports, and attached archives at any time into standard open formats.
